Notes - Received via my Web Site 23rd September 2005
Just to say I remember Tom Mullins when I was a growing up in
Evershot. My father was the doctor in the village and Tom used to do the
gardening.
In his last years in Evershot he lived across the road from our house in a room in the Acorn Inn. I can still see him sat out in the garden on sunny days listening to the cricket commentary on the radio!
He was looked after at the Acorn by the parents of my best childhood friends who are friends to this day.
Best Wishes
Hugh Gaster
